Art Psychotherapy

Art psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that has its roots in psychoanalysis. Unlike other treatment modalities, it is non-intrusive. Clients are given a platform to visually express hidden feelings of inadequacy and fear, with no need for artistic talents when words fall short, which is common in individuals experiencing trauma, depression, and other mental health-related struggles. The canvas becomes a mirror to the soul where self-expression finds comfort in colours, shapes, and textures, allowing emotions to flow freely and truths to emerge gently. 

Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Through a combination of cognitive restructuring and skill-building exercises, TF-CBT empowers individuals to process their traumatic experiences, regain a sense of safety, navigate the complexities of trauma with compassion and resilience and cultivate healthier coping mechanisms. With its emphasis on understanding and healing the impact of trauma, TF-CBT offers hope and support for those on their journey towards healing and recovery designed to help clients identify negative patterns of thinking and behaviour, and replace them with positive ones. 

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

As the third wave behavioural therapy, we provide acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as a solution to help you address the issues that are affecting your mental and emotional health. We can help you learn how to accept your thoughts and emotions and take control of your actions to make meaningful changes in your life. 

Mindful-Compassion Art Therapy

Our unique approach is grounded in the principles of mindfulness and compassion and is designed to help you dig deep and find the root causes of your difficulties. Through our mindful-compassion art therapy techniques, we help you explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a new and meaningful way. We also provide evidence-based therapy that focuses on developing practical skills to help you overcome challenges and live a happy, fulfilling life.
